In the fourth quarter of 2020, the sandbox gaming category on iOS in France saw diverse trends among the top five games. Here's a snapshot of how each game performed according to data from Sensor Tower.

Roblox maintained a strong presence with revenue peaking at $107K in the week of December 21st. Downloads for the game showed an impressive surge in the same week, reaching approximately 37K, while weekly active users climbed to a high of 378K by the end of December.

The Sims™ Mobile (TSM Game) by Electronic Arts also experienced notable movements. The game's revenue grew steadily, ending the quarter with over $9K in the last week of December. Downloads hit a quarter-high with over 12K in the week of December 21st, and weekly active users increased to over 34K by the end of the quarter.

Block Craft 3D: Building Games saw fluctuations in revenue, with a notable peak of $955 in the week of November 2nd. Downloads saw a spike with over 7K in the weeks leading up to the holiday season. The game's weekly active users reached a high of 53K in the last week of December.

IMVU: 3D Avatar Creator & Chat showed a consistent trend in revenue, peaking at $7.5K in the week before Christmas. Downloads for the app peaked at over 6K in the last week of December, while the number of weekly active users saw a slight decrease to 53K in the same period.

Lastly, The Sims™ FreePlay, another title from Electronic Arts, witnessed its revenue peak at over $17K in the weeks of December 21st and 28th. The game's downloads reached over 5K in both weeks, and weekly active users saw a modest increase to 27K at the end of the quarter.
